Manny Saluja is a Research Scientist in the genome editing team at KWS Gateway Research Center LLC, St. Louis, US. She holds a PhD in Plant Breeding and Genetics from University of Nebraska. After PhD, she pursued a postdoc on plant’s cellular response to abiotic stresses at Boyce Thompson Institute, Ithaca, NY. Manny has an expertise in Plant breeding and Plant Physiology and is currently leading research projects to establish genome editing technologies to support trait development and breeding programs in Maize, Cereals and Oil seed rape at KWS.
