One of the best things about working in higher education is the opportunity to collaborate. Over homecoming, Clemson Online had the privilege of partnering with the Master in Public Administration Program, the Clemson Minority Student Success Initiative, and the Clemson Black Alumni Council on a Networking Event.
There was a great turnout and attendees were able to hear from some great speakers and network with Clemson students and Alumni:
Additionally, several online programs were profiled: The Master of Public Administration, Master of Science in Youth Development, and Master of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management.
Dr. Lori Dickes, Program Coordinator for the MPA program noted, “I was totally impressed with the CBAC alumni turnout and the professional and academic insight share by the panel discussants.”
Jamilah Frazier, with the Clemson Black Alumni Council said the event was “a huge success.” Tara Franklin, Clemson Black Alumni Council Board Member stated, “we need to work together again!”
We are glad we have such great programs and groups on campus to partner with and look forward to future collaborations!
