Our fall training sessions will cover a variety of topics, including effective Canvas course design, utilizing New Quizzes in Canvas, increasing communication, community, and active learning in online courses, designing assessments with AI, and preparing for Clemson’s e-learning day.

Our Fall 25 Presentations and Workshops are designed to cover a wide variety of topics! Led by members of our online development team, these 45-60-minute sessions will provide you with helpful teaching insights, practical suggestions, and best practices for teaching online.

Our Fall 25 Quick Hits sessions demonstrate helpful tools for your online classroom! Led by one of our Learning Technology Specialists, these 45-60 minute sessions will answer your questions about a variety of teaching tools.

Fall 25 Quick Hits will cover:

  • Academic integrity tools
  • Utilizing New Quizzes in Canvas
  • Canvas gradebook settings

One-on-One Consultations

We work with faculty members before, during, and after the course to provide individualized pedagogical support. Schedule a consultation with one of our staff members to discuss your goals and questions. Here’s a few examples of the type of support we provide:

  • Identifying the appropriate tools to build an assignment
  • Captioning lecture videos and uploading them to a course
  • Organizing course materials into Modules
  • Developing active learning strategies
  • Setting up Canvas tools like the gradebook and rubrics
