We’re spotlighting a few of our staff members this week, letting you know what they do and how it supports Clemson’s mission. And because they’re so cute, we thought you might like to see how our pets are spending their Spring Break while our staff stays busy.
David Bassett, Learning Technology Specialist II: My position at Clemson Online involves administering the various learning technologies that we support, such as Canvas and Zoom. These responsibilities include staying up to date on upcoming features, troubleshooting any issues, and training faculty members.
Sharyn Emery, Digital Learning Strategist: I organize the Quality Matters review process and work with faculty to develop online courses at Clemson. I also create and manage our exclusive COFFEE training series.
Bailey Naylor, Learning Technologies Coordinator: I support the Learning Technologies team in various ways, including meeting and project coordination, communications, and scheduling.
Chase Sanders, Digital Learning Designer: At Clemson Online, I support online course development through front-end design. This includes designing and creating graphics, logos, banners, and collateral for online courses, in addition to managing our website.
Allan DeToma, Jr., Associate Director of Analytics: I generate and create dashboards for internal and external reporting purposes. I also manage online course enrollment and faculty/student data for teams within Clemson Online.
