The IRB and IACUC Compliance module InfoEd eForms have been upgraded. The new eForms have a cleaner more Clemson oriented look and feel and have been restructured for an overall easier submission process. You may now use them to submit applications. Thank you for your patience during the upgrade.
The links to create a new IRB submission (e.g., Initial Application, Amendment, Progress Report, etc.) were deactivated at 4:30pm on November 22, 2024. Demonstration sessions will be scheduled in December to introduce the campus community to the new forms.

Any submissions – such as initial applications, amendments, and annual reviews – that are created in InfoEd but not officially submitted to the CU IACUC Office by November 22 will be permanently deleted to prevent compatibility issues with the new eForms.
