November 8, 2024 – New IRB eForms will be launched December 2-6, 2024. The IRB submissions system will be unavailable after November 22 to prepare for the deployment of the new forms.
Any submissions—such as initial applications, amendments, progress reports—that are created in InfoEd but not officially submitted to the CU-IRB Office by November 22 will be permanently deleted to prevent compatibility issues with the new eForms.
- If you are planning to start recruiting participants before February 1, 2025, submit your application by November 22.
- If you are planning to start recruiting participants after February 1, 2025, we recommend submitting your application after December 6, when the new eForms are deployed.
