Outstanding representation at the WCACS Spring Awards Banquet!

Clemson Chemistry had two winners at the Western Carolinas Section of the American Chemical Society (WCACS) Spring Awards Banquet.
Monica Spritzky (UG researchers in the Whitehead group) won a 2019 Outstanding Senior Award, and Dr. Palmer West (2012 PhD graduate from the Hwu group) won the 2019 WCACS Award for Excellence in High School Teaching.
Clemson was well represented tonight with Profs Pennington, Brumaghim, and Whitehead attending and Undergraduates Monica Spritzky and Blake Parker presenting posters.
