InfoEd Revitalization Project Launch

Mike Bryant, Director of Electronic Research Administration, has engaged directly with InfoEd to launch an InfoEd Revitalization Project. This initiative is focused on resolving current system issues, enhancing platform capabilities, and developing a long-term scope for automation and reporting. We look forward to sharing updates and progress as this important project moves forward.

DocuSign Project Update

The DocuSign implementation for CURF is nearly complete. However, the broader rollout to other departments within the Division of Research is currently on pause due to the university’s new ERP rollout. We remain committed to resuming the implementation once we can align it with institutional priorities and technical capacity.

Wrike Implementation Across the Division

The majority of departments within the Division of Research are now actively using Wrike as their project management platform. This implementation has helped streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and increase project visibility. A very special thank you goes to Andrea Wullenweber for serving as our Wrike “super user” and for her invaluable support in developing training resources and easing the transition to this new platform.

InfoEd Agreements Module Now Live

We are excited to announce that the InfoEd Agreements Module is officially live! Faculty and staff can now submit and process nondisclosure, material transfer, and data use agreements through this automated platform. Initial feedback has been very positive, and we are continuing to make updates and enhancements as part of an ongoing process to improve efficiency and user experience.
