Two outstanding Clemson IE faculty members have been named to the editorial boards of significant journals in the fields of industrial engineering and operations research.
Mary Beth Kurz, Associate Professor and Associate Department Chair, has been appointed as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Manufacturing Systems. The journal is widely recognized as one of the top outlets for manufacturing systems research.
Yongjia Song, Assistant Professor, has been appointed as an Associate Editor of the INFORMS Journal on Computing (IJOC). IJOC is considered the premier journal for computational contributions to the field of operations research. It publishes a wide array of papers, particularly those of broad interest to the operations research and computer science communities.
