As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic Stormwater EIT in our Columbia, SC office.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be able to perform complex and/or unique engineering functions, advanced field data collection, and troubleshooting for a variety of water resource related projects, but not limited to, storm water and sanitary sewer projects.
- Candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and excel in a multidiscipline project team environment.
- Candidate must have excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.
- Candidate must be able to respond effectively to inquiries from clients and regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of stormwater modeling software, ESRI software, and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
- Candidate must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record, as required by our insurance company, must be able to travel overnight and/or out of town, and be able to work overtime as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidates will have a minimum BS in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, or Agricultural Engineering
- Zero (0) to four (4) years related experience.
- An Engineer-In-Training certification is strongly preferred.
- Duties include occasional field work, frequent local travel, and overnight travel as needed.
