Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidates are leaders, managers, and problem-solvers who are interested in guiding teams to success. We aren’t only interested in Construction or Civil Engineering majors – I majored in electrical engineering and have had a wonderful experience leading talented teams at Clark. I should also mention that we are an industry leader in sustainable and LEED construction and love Environmental Engineers,
Career Fair: We will be participating in the Engineering Fair on Tuesday, 9/29 and Wednesday 9/30 from 9am-4pm. We will be using the software Simplicity to conduct short meet and greets. I believe information regarding this software will be distributed by the Clemson career folks, but either way I’ll send a follow-up email early next week with details.

Free Student Membership_Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA)

With more than 10,000 members, the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) is the largest association of solid waste and recycling professionals in the world. In these uncertain times, SWANA continues to be the leader in helping the industry respond to the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19, and is increasingly recognized by national media organizations, like NPR as a subject matter expert of a growing number of waste and recycling topics.

SWANA keeps industry professionals informed about the latest developments through our Coronavirus resources webpage, weekly webinars, and frequent email updates.

It is imperative that the next generation of solid waste, recycling, sustainability, and civil and environmental engineering students are made aware of SWANA and its opportunities before beginning their careers.
