October Faculty Coffee Klatch

The Office of Faculty ADVANCEment is hosting a monthly Faculty Coffee Klatch on Thursday, October 26th. We welcome you to join the ADVANCEment team in open discussions about ideas that are important to you. Please drop in and have a conversation over a cup of coffee with this month’s featured speaker, Dr. Amy Lawton-Rauh, Senior Associate Provost for Faculty and Academic Affairs. Come hear Amy talk about the translation of the NSF TIGERS Advance grant findings, results, and collaborations to the new Office of Faculty ADVANCEment. Learn about “advancement” initiatives that are institutional practice today and priorities moving forward.

The event will take place on October 26th from 1:30 -3:00 PM in the Brown Room at Cooper Library- Room 416 (add it to your calendar).

Our version of “office hours” provides a forum for an open and relaxed exchange of ideas involving initiatives, upcoming events, and the progress toward the implementation of research-informed programs that support faculty across the University. This is also an opportunity to listen and learn how we can assist in the recruitment, retention, and professional development of faculty, as we sustain and grow the Clemson faculty community.
