A Closer Look at the Industry Leaders Behind the Erwin Center for Brand Communications
Meet Jennifer Smith, one of the amazing members of the Erwin Center for Brand Communications Advisory Board. Jennifer is the former Director of Image and Brands at Michelin and is currently a business model leader responsible for half of the North American truck business. She has had responsibility for everything consumers see, hear and feel about the family of Michelin brands in North America. She received a degree in Psychology from Washburn University, and after working in consulting and people development, she joined the Michelin team in 2007. Since then, she has held multiple roles in brand marketing, communications and digital experience for the automotive replacement tire division.
Jennifer chose to get involved with the Erwin Center because she felt it was a great opportunity to not only mentor the next generation of students but to get new ideas and inspiration from them as well. We are especially excited to have her involved because of the perspective she’ll bring on the future of innovative brand activations.
