1095-C Tax Forms are now available online for all active Clemson employees.
1095-Cs may be downloaded by accessing the Tax Forms page in Employee Self-Service.
Select View Form 1095-C on the left side to download the form.
Employees who did not opt-in to receive the form online were mailed a paper copy of their form to the address on file.
If you have trouble accessing your 1095-C form online, make sure your browser allows pop-ups. For further assistance, contact the CCIT Support Center.
