
Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup cucumber grated, and moisture squeezed out
- 1 cup Greek yogurt non-fat
- 1 TBSP lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- ½ TBSP olive oil extra virgin
- ¼ tsp salt kosher
- 1 TBSP dill fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Shred the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture.
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic. Combine and chill until ready to serve!
