Ever notice something walking between classes or driving along Walter T. Cox Boulevard that just doesn’t look quite right? Perhaps a piece of deteriorated sidewalk, a tree branch hanging precariously after a rough storm, campus lights not being on when they should be, or maybe crossing paths with a member of the local wildlife?
University Facilities has created an application called the Campus Issue Reporter that can be used by anyone to report outdoor issues quickly to our Support Center. Created with mobile use in mind, users can use the app to describe the potential problem they’ve come across, drop a pin precisely on its location, as well as include one or more photos to help us understand the report.

If you provide your contact information within the report, you will be notified if a work order is created. In some cases, a work order may already be in the system. Multiple reports on the same topic submitted through the Campus Issue Reporter are completely fine.

Other Ways to Communicate with Us
The Campus Issue Reporter is a unique, informal way for anyone to quickly report outdoor issues they may come across. Alternatively, formal maintenance requests can be submitted by those with a Clemson login using our Service Request Form. Further, it’s important to note that if you are reporting a maintenance emergency or urgent request, you should always call the Support Center directly at (864) 656-5450. Please DO NOT submit emergencies through any online form.
You can find a link to the Campus Issue Reporter on the front page of the University Facilities website as well as our GIS homepage at https://www.clemson.edu/facilities/gis. If you have any questions about the Campus Issue Reporter, please let us know via e-mail at maps@clemson.edu.
