Apple Visits Clemson: Clemson students, staff and faculty are invited to learn about Apple’s coding, creating and mobile initiatives and receive free hands-on instruction from Apple representatives Tuesday in the Auditorium. Apple representatives will first share a message of mobility and innovation beginning at 8:30 a.m., followed by an afternoon of hands-on iPad sessions to explore free tools and resources.

Lincoln’s Unfinished Work: This international conference will explore Abraham Lincoln and his “unfinished work”– social reconstruction in the United States from 1865 to the present day. The event will begin Wednesday in Tillman Hall with speakers Eric Foner and Randall L. Kennedy. More than 35 renowned historians and scholars will present talks and panel discussions at the conference, which continues Nov. 29, Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 with sessions at the Watt Center. The conference is open to anyone, but registration is required.
