The end of the semester is mere weeks away – let Clemson Online help you get organized so you can end Spring 2021 on a high note:
Now, when a host restricts meeting participants to only “Clemson.edu” email addresses, there is an option to allow for exceptions. The host just needs to adjust the settings under “Meeting Options” when scheduling the meeting. From there, you can specify the external email addresses that can join the meeting or webinar. For details, see “Adding Authentication Exceptions” at the bottom of this Zoom support page.
Restricting participants this way is a useful security feature for your classes and organizational meetings, and now you can stay safe and allow for an outside guest, if needed.
