
Spiced Sweet Potato Casserole

- 2 sweet potatoes extra large, baked
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 TBSP light brown sugar
- 1 TBSP butter melted
- 1 tsp salt
- â…“ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉.
- On the oven rack, place your two sweet potatoes. Bake for 1 hour or until the sweet potato is soft and tender.
- Remove the sweet potato from its skin and place it into a large bowl. Mash the sweet potatoes. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Combine well. Add the sweet potato mixture to individual ramekins and top with chopped pecans. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the flavors have begun to blend together. Serve while hot.
