Grilled Peaches with Greek Yogurt
Grilled peaches make for a perfect summertime dessert. This is lightened up by adding vanilla Greek yogurt to the top of the peach instead of ice cream – an ideal combination for a delicious sweet treat that will keep your blood sugar happy.

Ingredients
- 4 peaches halved and pitted
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt low fat
- honey optional
- balsamic glaze optional
- chopped nuts optional
- granola optional
- mint leaves optional
Instructions
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. While that is heating, cut your peaches in half and pit them. Brush with olive oil, place them on the grill pan, and cut side down.
- Allow to grill for roughly 5 minutes or until grill marks develop. Then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes on the bottom.
- Remove from the heat and place a dollop of yogurt on each half. Top with toppings of your choosing – some of our favorites include honey, balsamic glaze, chopped nuts, granola, and mint leaves.
