Grilled Peaches with Greek Yogurt

Grilled peaches make for a perfect summertime dessert. This is lightened up by adding vanilla Greek yogurt to the top of the peach instead of ice cream – an ideal combination for a delicious sweet treat that will keep your blood sugar happy.

Equipment

  • Grill or Grill Pan

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches halved and pitted
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt low fat
  • honey optional
  • balsamic glaze optional
  • chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. While that is heating, cut your peaches in half and pit them. Brush with olive oil, place them on the grill pan, and cut side down.
