Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana large
  • ½ cup milk low-fat or 2%
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter creamy
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the banana, yogurt, milk, peanut butter, eggs, and maple syrup. Once pureed, add the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Heat your waffle iron. Once ready, pour â…™ of the batter into the iron and cook until golden brown! Serve with a side of fruit, and an extra dollop of Greek yogurt on top!
