
PB Banana Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana large
- ½ cup milk low-fat or 2%
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup peanut butter creamy
- 2 eggs large
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, yogurt, milk, peanut butter, eggs, and maple syrup. Once pureed, add the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the chia seeds.
- Heat your waffle iron. Once ready, pour â…™ of the batter into the iron and cook until golden brown! Serve with a side of fruit, and an extra dollop of Greek yogurt on top!
