
Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 oz cranberries fresh
- 1 cup monk fruit sweetener
- ¾ cup water
- 1 TBSP orange zest
- 1 TBSP orange juice freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Combine the cranberries, water, monk fruit sweetener, orange zest and juice in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Simmer the mixture for 15-20 minutes or until the cranberries begin to pop and a sauce begins to form and thicken.
- Remove the sauce from the heat and allow it to cool before pairing it with a protein like pork or turkey!
