Ingredients

  • 12 oz cranberries fresh
  • 1 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 TBSP orange zest
  • 1 TBSP orange juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • Combine the cranberries, water, monk fruit sweetener, orange zest and juice in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  • Simmer the mixture for 15-20 minutes or until the cranberries begin to pop and a sauce begins to form and thicken.
  • Remove the sauce from the heat and allow it to cool before pairing it with a protein like pork or turkey!
