Ranky Tanky Panel Discussion: On Monday at 3 p.m. in the Auditorium join the band Ranky Tanky and Clemson faculty members Abel Bartley and Allison Harris for a discussion of Gullah culture and music. This informative discussion will help contextualize Ranky Tanky’s performance at the Brooks Center on Tuesday night.

Mahabir Pun Lecture: Mahabir Pun, Nepalese entrepreneur and innovator, will give his lecture “Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Nepal” Tuesday at 4 p.m. in the Auditorium. Immediately following his talk, attendees are invited to a reception with refreshments in the Atrium.

Call Me Doctor Summit: This mini-conference in the Auditorium Thursday at 4 p.m. will feature a lecture and panel discussion focused on educating Clemson students, faculty and staff about the pursuit of doctoral degrees by underrepresented minorities. The event will cover application instructions, funding opportunities, career outlooks and more!

TIGERS ADVANCE Distinguished Speaker Series: Join the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the Auditorium to welcome Dr. Adrienne Minerick. Minerick, the dean of the School of Technology and professor of chemical engineering at Michigan Technological University, will discuss her research on electrokinetics.

Watt Center Open House: All Clemson faculty and staff are invited to an open house at the Watt Center from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Tours will depart every 15 minutes from the Service Desk and visitors will see the Center’s newest innovation spaces – the fourth floor and rooftop terrace.

Did You Know…

…the Makerspace is FREE for anyone with a valid CUID? From 3D Printers and CNC machines, to vinyl cutters and embroidery machines, the Makerspace focuses on enabling students of any major or discipline to use the space. Visit their website to view their hours.
