Drs. Brian Powell and Kathyrn Peruski’s research on nuclear waste was featured in the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences IDEAS magazine. Kathyrn was a PhD student of Dr. Powell’s, and their papers on the safe disposal of neptunium were featured on the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Science website.
