Dr. Walter Lee was honored in 2018 with a CECAS Outstanding Young Alumni Award. Dr. Lee credits Dr. Julie Martin from Engineering and Science Education with introducing him to the field of engineering education. Three short years out of graduate school, he serves as assistant director for research at Virginia Tech’s Center for the Enhancement of Engineering Diversity.
