Jasper County Clemson Extension sponsors the Leadership Program. Its purpose is to develop a group of informed, committed, and qualified youth who can provide dynamic leadership among the youth of Jasper County. The Leadership program is open to public, private, charter, and homeschool students who live and attend school in Jasper County. Personal and leadership development, networking, communication, financial management, and civic engagement are some of the trainings that will be implemented during the program. One of the program’s objectives is to systematically inform, challenge, and educate the participants about the opportunities and needs of the community and the dynamics of social and economic change.
