Youth from Avery C Thompson Sr. Community Center in Varnville participated in two days of 4-H Healthy Cooking while having fun. The youth demonstrated their skills by preparing a variety of sample dishes. Some of the food prepared – Steamed Turkey Wontons, Wild Rice, Gumbo, Chicken Stir Fry with Vegetables, Ginger Beer (drink) and others listed below.
