The Rotary Club of Barnwell County recently hosted its annual Scarecrow Contest on the Circle in Barnwell, showcasing a variety of creative and festive entries. We’re thrilled to share that the Barnwell 4-H Horse Club earned an impressive third place! This project was a fantastic opportunity for the club members to collaborate, express their creativity, and have fun as a team.
