It is that time of year again for our SC 4-H Virtual Presentation Regional Qualifier Contest! The State Presentation Contests willbe in-person on February 1st, 2025 in Newberry, SC. If county 4-H agents choose to host an in-person contest, the youth willstill need to record and upload their unedited presentations into the online submission form below. If a region decides to host an in-person contest, the top scoring juniors and seniors will need to be submitted to your region coordinator by January 3rd by 5:00 pm.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the 4-H Presentations Contest is to allow participants to practice and perfect their presentation skills and receive valuable feedback on those skills.
WHEN/HOW Register and upload your raw, unedited presentation video by January 3, 2025, using your regional link below. Regional winners will be announced by January 17, 2025. The top three highest-scoring juniors and seniors per region will advance to the state competition. The State Presentation Contests will be in-person on Saturday, February 1st, 2025.
Please remind all 4-H’ers advancing to the regional level to mark the date of the State Contest on their calendars just in case they qualify to move forward.

RULES
· All supplies must be furnished by the participant, including the means to video the presentation.
· The 4-H’er must prepare all presentations, and a new presentation must be prepared each year. PowerPoint presentations are allowed.
· Notes/mapping/outlines are allowed but must not distract from the presentation. Each participant is required to secure someone to video their presentation.
· Videos should be recorded horizontally.
· Junior (ages 9-13) Presentations are between 3-8 minutes.
· Senior (ages 14-18) Presentations are between 8-12 minutes. Ages are determined as of January 1, 2024. Participants may enter as individuals or as a two-person team (must be in the same age division).
· All entrants will complete an entry form online and upload their raw, unedited video online.
